Проблема саморозвитку людини в сучасній акмеології

Abstract

Over the past decades, in the space of culture, there has been a certain increase in social interest in the phenomenon of human self-development. This means that on the part of society, science has been tasked with cognizing self-development as an actual form of being of a person. In response to this request, scientists from a number of humanities are developing interesting theories, concepts, methods and principles that can significantly help a modern person in the search for life strategies that can provide existential fulfillment. In the space of culture, self-development is carried out as a competition with oneself, as a struggle with the I-present for the I-future, which reflects the ideal of humanity. The knowledge of this kind of self-development is important for the “customer” who shares the values of existential content, since the “benefit” from self-development in the space of culture consists in experiencing self-respect, in a sense of the meaningfulness of one’s being, in a sense of realization of one’s potential. One of the promising scientific areas that is actively developing technologies, practices and methods for the real improvement of a person is acmeology. At the present stage of development of acmeology, its object is a progressively developing mature personality, self-fulfilling in professional achievements. The article deals with the circle of the main problems of acmeology. Which act as its semantic core and field of scientific interests and searches. In this context, acmeology acts as a metascience that can combine a number of related scientific areas: pedagogy, psychology, synergetics, philosophy, cultural studies, sociology, etc. In modern acmeological studies, the problem of orientation, the vector of self-development, which depends on what content the concept of “acme” acquires, acquires special significance. Researchers combine the categories of acme, maturity, self-development in a common semantic field, where the latter is understood as a special way of becoming a person as a person and a professional, aimed at his self-realization and contributing to the achievement of the heights of personal and professional development. Протягом останніх десятиліть у просторі культури намітилося певне зростання соціального інтересу до явища саморозвитку людини. Це означає, що з боку суспільства перед наукою поставлено завдання пізнати саморозвиток як актуальну форму особистості. В якості відповіді на цей запит вченими низки гуманітарних наук розробляються цікаві теорії, концепції, методи та принципи, які можуть суттєво допомогти сучасній людині у пошуку життєвих стратегій, здатних забезпечити екзистенційну наповненість. У просторі культури саморозвиток здійснюється як конкуренція із самим собою, як боротьба з Я-сьогоденним за Я-майбутнє, в якому відображено ідеал людяності. Пізнання такого роду саморозвитку є важливим для «замовника», що розділяє цінності екзистенційного змісту, оскільки «вигода» від саморозвитку у просторі культури полягає у переживанні самоповаги, у відчутті осмисленості свого буття, у почутті реалізованості свого потенціалу. Одним з перспективних наукових напрямів, який активно розробляє технології, практики та методи для реального вдосконалення людини, є акмеологія. На сучасному етапі розвитку акмеології її об’єктом є зріла особистість, що прогресивно розвивається, самореалізується в професійних досягненнях. У статті розглядається коло основних проблем акмеології, які виступають її смисловим ядром та полем наукових інтересів та пошуків. У цьому контексті акмеологія постає як метанаука, здатна об’єднати цілу низку суміжних наукових напрямів: педагогіку, психологію, синергетику, філософію, культурологію, соціологію тощо. У сучасних акмеологічних дослідженнях особливої значущості набуває проблема спрямованості, вектора саморозвитку, який залежить від того, який зміст набуває поняття «акме». Дослідники зводять у загальному семантичному полі категорії акме, зрілість, саморозвиток, де останнє розуміється як особливий шлях становлення людини як особистості та професіонала, спрямований на її самореалізацію та сприяє досягненню вершин особистісно-професійного розвитку.
