Вплив медіа на суспільно-політичні та етико-моральні процеси в Україні

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of modern media on the socio-political and ethical-moral processes in Ukraine, to the definition of the dominant channels of this influence, its positive and negative consequences. It is shown that mass media influence on socio-political processes and on the formation of moral and ethical norms is not linear and direct, but is mediated primarily by socio-group reflection. The content of domestic television content is analyzed; the problem of danger of the uncontrolled development and unethical use of modern Internet technologies is singled out. It is proved that due to technological capabilities and accessibility, media significantly affect the formation of the modern agenda, socio-political processes, the level of general and political culture, social integration and consolidation. The mass media has a special role in the process of forming the worldview, values and moral qualities, especially of the younger generation. After all, children and young people were the most “open” to the perception of both positive and negative patterns of behavior. It is in adolescence and adolescence primarily increases the number of manifestations of aggressive behavior. Modern television and Internet content is a significant factor of not only positive, but also of negative impact on public consciousness and behavior; it affects the value orientations as a systemic set of ideas about what is right, norms, assessments, attitudes. The danger of negative influences of modern Internet technologies on consciousness and mental activity, in particular of young people, is emphasized. It is actualized the problem of reforming of the educational system, science, culture, creating an effective system of the information space monitoring, developing a comprehensive program focused on the implementation of practical measures and creating conditions that would promote harmonization of personal and social development, of active socio-political and civic position. Визначено домінантні канали впливу мас-медіа на усілякі процеси в суспільстві, його позитивні та негативні наслідки. Показано, що вплив мас-медіа на суспільно-політичні процеси та на формування морально-етичних норм не є лінійним, безпосереднім, а опосередковується передусім соціально-груповою рефлексією. Проаналізовано зміст вітчизняного телевізійного контенту, виокремлено проблему небезпеки неконтрольованого розвитку і неетичного використання сучасних інтернет-технологій. Доведено, що завдяки технологічним можливостям та доступності медіа суттєво впливають на формування сучасного порядку денного, на суспільнополітичні процеси, на рівень загальної та політичної культури, суспільної інтеграції та консолідації. Обґрунтовано, що сучасний телевізійний та інтернет-контент є суттєвим чинником не лише позитивного, але й негативного впливу на суспільну свідомість та поведінку, позначається на ціннісних орієнтаціях як системній сукупності уявлень про належне, норми, оцінки, установки. Мас-медіа належить особлива роль у процесі формування світогляду, ціннісних орієнтацій і моральних якостей передусім молодого покоління. Адже для сприйняття як позитивних, так і негативних моделей поведінки найбільш «відкритими» виявились діти та молодь. Саме в підлітковому та юнацькому середовищі передусім зростає кількість проявів агресивної поведінки. Наголошено на небезпеці негативних впливів сучасних інтернет-технологій на свідомість та мисленнєву діяльність, зокрема молодих людей. Актуалізовано проблему реформування системи освіти, науки, культури, дієвого моніторингу інформаційного простору, розробки комплексної програми, зорієнтованої на реалізацію практичних заходів та створення умов, які сприяли б гармонізації особистісного та суспільного розвитку, формуванню активної суспільно-політичної та громадянської позиції.
