Педагогічні умови художнього розвитку особистості майбутніх вихователів в освітньому процесі вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання художнього розвитку майбутніх вихователів. Розглянуто зміст понять: «розвиток», «художній розвиток», «художній розвиток майбутніх вихователів». Показано роль мистецтва як важливого виховного резерва, який спроможний поліпшити ефективність художнього розвитку особистості майбутніх вихователів. Виокремлено умови художнього розвитку майбутніх вихователів: опора в освітньому процесі на принципи педагогики мистецтва; урахування індівідуальніх особливостей кожного студента; формування досвіду художньо-творчої діяльності; діагностичний підхід до визначення художнього розвитку студентів; самовиховання студентів; організація різноманітних форм стимулювання художнього розвитку. Доведено, що художний розвиток майбутніх вихователів є складовою професіоналізму майбутнього фахівця й однією з умов його формування. The article deals with the issues of artistic development of future educators. The contents of the concepts: «development», «artistic development», «artistic development of future educators» are considered. The role of art as an important educational reserve that can improve the efficiency of artistic development of the personality of future educators is highlighted. The article focuses on the artistic development of students of future educators who are at the stage of youth. The article states that student age is sensitive to vocational training and is aimed at self-knowledge of the individual. This period is characterized by a change in attitude towards art. Through the perception of the content of works of art, value orientations of young people are formed. In this way the spiritual and creative work of the individual, the knowledge of oneself as an individual through the lens of art, takes place. The artistic activity of students at the stage of vocational training develops on the basis of motivation of conscious choice, provides a critical assessment of their achievements and is a component of professional development, a form of creative self-realization.
