Implementation of the regional concept of “12 steps towards a new education” in elementary school is the modern paradigm of the educational system of Ukraine

Abstract

The New Ukrainian School starts. This is a key reform of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which provides for changing the goals and main objectives of primary and general secondary education in accordance with the current paradigm of education and global trends in the development of educational systems. The new goals of the Ukrainian school need to modernize the content of education. The content of primary and secondary education should meet the educational needs of each child according to their interests and abilities. The current processes ofreforming the school education system touch upon its constituents namely methods, forms and means. Стартує Нова українська школа. Це ключова реформа Міністерства освіти і науки України, яка передбачає зміну цілей та основних завдань початкової та загальної середньої освіти відповідно до сучасної парадигми освіти та світових тенденцій розвитку освітніх систем. Нові цілі української школи потребують модернізації змісту освіти. Зміст початкової та середньої освіти має відповідати освітнім потребам кожної дитини відповідно до її інтересів та здібностей. Сучасні процеси реформування системи шкільної освіти торкаються її складових, а саме методів, форм і засобів.
