| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена вивченню ролі емоційного інтелекту учасників групового процесу та його впливу на соціальні взаємодії членів групи. Визначаються складові емоційного інтелекту (емоційна компетентність, самоконтроль проявів емоційного життя, самоусвідомлення власних емоцій, мотивація. The article reveals the role of emotional intelligence of participants of group process and its influence on social interaction of group members. The author ascertains constituents of emotional intelligence (emotional competence, self-control of emotional life displaying, consciousness of own emotions, motivation). |
