Формування професійної культури майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

У дисертації вперше виявлено й обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування професійної культури майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти у процесі фахової підготовки (занурення майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти в культурно-освітнє середовище закладу вищої освіти; забезпечення інтерактивного технологічного супроводу в освітньому процесі формування у майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти професійної культури; спрямованість змісту нормативних фахових дисциплін на культурологічно-професійний компонент). The pedagogical conditions the formation of consistency of future pre-school education teachers in professional training has been determined for the first time in the dissertation (involvement of future pre-school education teachers in the cultural and educational sphere of school of higher learning, used interactive technologies in the educational process for the formation of professional culture of future pre-school education teachers, coverage of in the content of normative professional disciplines with the cultural and professional component). The essence and structure of the phenomenon «professional culture future pre-school education teachers» (cognitive, value, personally active and reflexive components with their corresponding criteria and indicators) have been disclosed.
