Політичне маніпулювання: теоретико-методологічний аналіз поняття

Abstract

Modern development of political practices is closely related to political manipulation. Recent research has shown that there is virtually no country in the world today that is free of political manipulation. In addition, the conclusions made in 2019 based on an analysis of the use of social networks to spread such manipulation, showed that 70 countries use such Internet tools very actively, which is twice as much as, say, in 2017. Returning from a three-dimensional model for the formation of manipulation purposes: receiving, implementing and maintaining power, manipulation is one of the successful technologies of influence, especially for mass consciousness to achieve each of them. The real political situation requires thorough studies in such aspects of its design as the influence of the media, the use of disinformation, propaganda, purposeful manipulation, populism, etc. Therefore, the problem of the importance of the concept of political manipulation requires clarification and rethinking, in particular, concerns individual elements, and factors that enhances the level of ability to conquer an individual, a member of a modern changing world. The issue of political manipulation does not lose its relevance, despite the fact that this is one of the effective ways to influence the mass consciousness since the time of antiquity. At the same time, it should be noted that in political practices, manipulation can be carried out at two levels of interaction: interpersonal and mass. In the modern world, political manipulation is implemented faster than a century before, as a significant effect is increasing social networks and using the Influensers of the New Media. Political manipulation is also directly influenced by electoral choice. Under the action of manipulative technologies, the individual seems that every decision in relation to one or another political situation belongs to him. However, as the success of a manipulative campaign is it in an invisible impact. The more professional manipulation, the more its victim does not affect its influence, but all, even false decisions accepts as individual convictions. Сучасний розвиток політичних практик тісно пов’язаний із політичним маніпулюванням. Нещодавні дослідження довели, що нині практично немає у світі жодної країни, в якій була б відсутня політична маніпуляція. Окрім того, висновки, зроблені у 2019 році на основі аналізу використання соціальних мереж для поширення такої маніпуляції, показали, що 70 країн користуються такими Інтернет-інструментами дуже активно, що вдвічі більше ніж, скажімо, у 2017 р. Відштовхуючись від тривимірної моделі формування цілей здійснення маніпулювання (отримання, реалізації та втримання влади), вважаємо маніпуляцію однією із вдалих технологій впливу, передусім, на масову свідомість задля досягнення кожної з них. Реальна політична ситуація вимагає ґрунтовніших досліджень у таких аспектах її конструювання, як вплив ЗМІ, використання дезінформації, пропаганди, цілеспрямованого маніпулювання, популізму та ін. Отже, проблематика означення самого поняття політичного маніпулювання потребує уточнення та переосмислення, зокрема, це стосується його елементів та чинників, котрі посилюють рівень здатності до підкорення індивіда, члена сучасного мінливого світу. Питання політичного маніпулювання не втрачає своєї актуальності попри те, що це один із дієвих способів вплинути на масову свідомість ще з часів античності. Водночас варто зазначити, що в політичних практиках маніпуляція може здійснюватися на двох рівнях взаємодії: міжособистісному та масовому. У сьогоденні політичне маніпулювання реалізується швидше, ніж століття до того, оскільки суттєвим чином його дію підсилюють соціальні мережі та використання інфлюенсерами новітніх медіа. Політичне маніпулювання здійснює також безпосередній вплив і на електоральний вибір. Під дією маніпулятивних технологій індивіду видається, що кожне його рішення щодо тієї чи іншої політичної ситуації належить йому. Однак, як доведено, успіх маніпулятивної кампанії полягає саме в невидимому впливі. Чим більш професійною є маніпуляція, тим більше її жертва не відчуває її впливу, а всі, навіть хибні, рішення приймає як індивідуальні переконання.
