Развитие протестных движений сквозь призму проблемного поля переходного периода

Abstract

The purpose of the material is to comprehend both the essence of the protest wave (using the example of the United States) and its consequences for the world order. The relevance of the article is bound with the search by humanity for new facets of the relationships between man, society and the state. So, the objective need to release the creative activity of the masses may be shifted firstly in the direction of protest movements, and later - and the overthrow of the achievements of the past. In particular, it shows both the growing influence of corresponding intra-American processes on the behaviour of the United States in the international arena, and the repulsion of countries in their reform from what is happening in the United States. A feature of the text is the study of the internal protest movement in the context of shifts in paradigmatic quality. The applied research methods integrate the historical and logical approaches, highlighting the general, the particular and the specific, the regular and the accidental. The transitional period makes it possible to better understand the laws of social development and use their productive potential. At the same time, events do not always move where their initiators would like; then the logic of history appears from under the conceived, “and here art ends, and soil and fate breathe”. Of course, various scenarios are possible for the further development of events and, accordingly, their short, medium and long-term consequences accordingly to logics of new society’s paradigm and transition period. During the period of societal forced changes, peoples are especially susceptible to both positive and negative mutations, the point of bifurcation is the position of the greatest freedom, when the blow should not be strong at all, and the main thing is accurate. Accordingly, determining the balance of strategy, tactics and operations can become a factor determining the subsequent trajectory. Ukraine is characterized by its own transition, where elements of state specificity, post-Soviet transit and reflection of global trends intersect. Therefore, the development of such an analysis is useful for the practical and theoretical assimilation of reality: both for improving societal management, and for scientific study and university training courses. Мета матеріалу – осмислення як сутності протестної хвилі (на прикладі США), так і її наслідків для світового порядку. Актуальність статті пов’язана з пошуком людством нових граней взаємин людини, суспільства й держави. Зокрема, об’єктивна необхідність у вивільненні творчої активності мас може бути зрушена спочатку в напрямку протестних рухів, а пізніше – і повалення досягнень минулого. Зокрема, показано як здійснюється наростання впливу відповідних внутрішньоамериканських процесів на поведінку США на міжнародній арені, так і відштовхування країн за свого реформування від того, що відбувається в США. Особливість тексту – вивчення внутрішнього протестного руху в контексті зрушень парадигмальної якості. Застосовувані методи дослідження інтегрують історичний і логічний підходи, виділення загального, окремого і специфічного, закономірного і випадкового. Перехідний період дає змогу глибше пізнати закони суспільного розвитку і використовувати їхній продуктивний потенціал. Водночас події далеко не завжди рухаються туди, куди хотілося б їх ініціаторам; тоді з-під задуманого проглядає логіка історії, «і тут закінчується мистецтво, і дихають ґрунт і доля». Безумовно, можливі різні сценарії подальшого розвитку подій і, відповідно, їхні коротко-, середньо- та довгострокові наслідки відповідно до логіки як нової суспільної парадигми, так і переходу до неї. У період соцієтальних форсованих змін народи особливо схильні як до позитивних, так і до негативних мутацій, точка біфуркації – положення найбільшої свободи, коли удар зовсім не має бути сильним, головне – точним. Відповідно, визначення балансу стратегії, тактики й оператики може стати фактором, що визначає подальшу траєкторію. Україні властива своя перехідність, де перетинаються елементи національної специфіки, пострадянського транзиту і віддзеркалення глобальних трендів. Тому розвиток такого аналізу є корисним для практико-теоретичного освоєння дійсності: як для вдосконалення соцієтального управління, так і для наукового вивчення й університетських навчальних спеціальних курсів
