Інформаційно-освітній простір сучасного суспільства: соціально-філософський аналіз

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена теоретичному осмисленню феномену інформаційно-освітнього простору сучасного суспільства. Дослідження демонструє, що концептуалізація поняття відбувалася в напрямку від усвідомлення простору як онтологічної категорії до розуміння простору як соціальної категорії, з його визнанням частиною соціокультурного процесу. У дисертації розкривається положення, що досліджуваний нами простір є необхідним елементом інформаційного суспільства. Новий еволюційний виток у галузі інформаційних технологій трансформує інформаційне суспільство в суспільство знань та smart-суспільство. Ці характерні риси сучасного суспільства, на наш погляд, і визначають вектор розвитку інформаційно-освітнього простору. Глобалізація розширює межі інтерпретації феномену інформаційно освітнього простору до явища освіти без кордонів. Суб’єктивність, гнучкість, фрагментарність та відкритість робить його динамічною структурою, придатною до конструювання та розвитку. Окреслено шляхи конструювання, які засвідчують можливість одночасного існування безлічі конструктів. Актуальним є розгортання національного інформаційно-освітнього простору та його інтеграція в світовий. Ці процеси перебувають під впливом небезпеки втрати своєї національної ідентичності та крос-культурної визначеності. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of information and educational space of modern society. The study demonstrates that the conceptualization of the idea of ‘information and educational space’ has been taking place in the direction from the awareness of space as an ontological category to the understanding of space as a social category, with its recognition as a part of the socio-cultural process. Consideration of information and educational space in the context of social statics and dynamics has led to the assertion that the analysis of information and educational space as a static phenomenon is unpromising due to rapid changes in its content and form of organization. The analysis of space as a dynamic phenomenon, on the contrary, justifies itself, is promising. This allowed us to consider the dynamics of the development of information and educational space as a "living organism" under the powerful influence of socio-cultural transformations. The dissertation reveals the position that the space we study is an essential element of the information society. An attempt is made to explain this socio-cultural phenomenon as a megatrend of the information society, as an area of special social action. A new evolutionary turn in the field of information technology is transforming the information society into a knowledge society and a smart society. These characteristics of modern society, in our opinion, determine the vector of development of information and educational space. Globalization expands the 4 boundaries of interpretation of the phenomenon of information and educational space to the phenomenon of education without borders. The creation of an open global educational space, as a geographic information system, forms new civilizational values by transforming a new state of social life. This is possible due to its conceptual integrity. Characteristic features of this concept are subjectivity, flexibility, adaptability, fragmentation and openness. This makes it a dynamic structure suitable for construction and development, in accordance with the current challenges of the globalized world. The outlined ways of construction testify to the possibility of simultaneous existence of numerous social constructs of information and educational space, depending on the chosen ways for their construction. At the present stage of development, the issue of deployment of the national information and educational space and its integration into the world is relevant. The matter is these processes are under the influence of the danger of losing their national identity and cross-cultural identity.
