| Abstract: | У статті розкрита сутність мотивування як функції менеджменту. Розглянуті найбільш типові недоліки і стереотипи мислення у свідомості педагогів, можливі їх причини, а також доцільні способи їх подолання в масовій практиці. Запропонована низка кардинальних змін для подолання цих недоліків. The article reveals the essence of motivation as a function of management. The most typical shortcomings and are considered stereotypes of thinking in the minds of teachers, their possible causes, as well as appropriate ways to overcome them in mass practice. A number of radical changes have been proposed to overcome these shortcomings |
