| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовано шляхи формування професійного самоменеджменту майбутніх учителів початкових класів, визначені складові самоменеджменту, окреслено напрями вдосконалення підготовки студентів, пов’язані з інтенсифікацією навчального процесу та активізацією їх участі в ньому. The article substantiates the ways of forming professional self-management of future primary school teachers, identifies the components of self-management, outlines areas for improving student training related to the intensification of the educational process and intensification of their participation in it. |
