Психологія міжособистісної взаємодії фахівців соціономічних професій

Abstract

У дисертації на основі системного та компонентно-структурного підходів наведено нове теоретичне уявлення щодо пізнання проблеми міжособистісної взаємодії як базису відображення її психологічного змісту у різних проявах системи «людина – людина». Висвітлено сучасні підходи до розуміння сутності поняття «міжособистісна взаємодія», специфіку його вивчення у різних наукових напрямках. Розглянуто компоненти, механізми та умови її розгортання. На основі теоретичного аналізу систематизовано типи, стилі та стратегії міжособистісної взаємодії, визначено психологічні детермінанти ефективного її здійснення. The dissertation on the basis of system and component-structural approaches presents a new theoretical idea of the knowledge of the problem of interpersonal interaction as a basis for reflecting its psychological content in various manifestations of the «person – person» system. Modern approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of «interpersonal interaction», the specifics of its study in various scientific directions are highlighted. The components, mechanisms and conditions of its deployment are considered. Based on the theoretical analysis, the types, styles and strategies of interpersonal interaction are systematized, and the psychological factors of its effective implementation are determined.
