Професійна підготовка майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій

Abstract

Досліджено проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій. Мета дослідження – науково обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективність педагогічних умов професійної підготовки майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій. Наукова новизна дослідження. Уперше розкрито сутність і структуру феномена «підготовленість майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій» (мотиваційно-настановний, когнітивно-діяльнісний. оцінно-рефлексійний компоненти); визначено критерії (спонукально-стимулювальний, знаннєво-процесуальний, контрольно-аналітичний) з відповідними показниками; схарактеризовано рівні підготовленості (достатній, задовільний, низький); обґрунтовано педагогічні умови професійної підготовки майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій (стимулювання позитивної мотивації майбутніх закрійників до професійної діяльності; створення сприятливого інформаційно-освітнього середовища в закладі професійної (професійно- технічної) освіти; залучення майбутніх закрійників до комп’ютерного проєктування одягу в процесі професійної підготовки); розроблено й апробовано модель підготовки майбутніх закрійників швейного виробництва до використання комп’ютерних технологій (стимулювально-змістовий, діяльнісно-практичний, результативно-оцінний етапи); уточнено поняття «комп’ютерне проєктування одягу». The dissertation investigates the issue of professional training of future garment production cutters for the use of computer technologies. The aim of the study is to scientifically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for professional training of future garment production cutters for the use of computer technologies. Scientific novelty of the study. It is the first time when the essence and structure of the phenomenon «readiness of future garment productioncuttersfor the use of computer technologies» (motivational and instructional, cognitive and activity-based, evaluative and reflective components) are revealed; the criteria (incentive and stimulating, knowledge-based and procedural, control and analytical) with the relevant indicators are determined; the levels of readiness (sufficient, satisfactory, low) are characterized; the pedagogical conditions of professional training of future garment production cutters for the use of computer technologies (stimulation of positive motivation of future cutters to professional activity; creation of favorable information and educational environment in the institution of professional (vocational) education; involvement of future cutters in computer design of clothes are substantiated in the process of professional training; a model of training future garment production cutters for the use of computer technologies (stimulating and content-based, activity andpractice-based, resultant and evaluative stages)are developed and tested; the concept of “computer-aided clothing design”is clarified.The theory and methods of professional training of future garment production cutters for the use of computer technologies are further developed.
