Abstract:	Актуальність проблеми пов’язана, з одного боку, з різким зростанням діапазону революційних рухів, з іншого – з розширенням термінозастосування: від строго визначеного до побутового, під яке легко підводиться невиправдано велике і розпливчасте коло вкрай різноманітних явищ. Тим самим змішуються різні пласти соціально-політичних феноменів і тенденцій, що суттєво ускладнює процес оцінки того, що відбувається. Тим часом за суб’єктивними уявленнями про поточні події політичної періодики помітна логіка зрушень історичного масштабу. Таким чином, назріла задача застосування підсумків осмислення революційної теорії і практики до умов сьогодення. Предмет дослідження – якісні зміни, що нині відбуваються: їх необхідність, місце революційного шляху в можливому діапазоні перетворень, фактори, які можуть стати вирішальними. Мета написання статті – характеристика особливостей кардинальних трансформацій, в які втягнулося людство, з позицій і за допомогою термінології здійснення революційного стрибка в розвитку. Зокрема, треба було здійснити поглиблений розгляд аргументації деяких не цілком очевидних взаємозв’язків закономірного і випадкового в проходженні революційних трансформацій у теорії і на практиці. Це зумовило вибір системно-історичної діалектики як методу дослідження і викладу. Інформаційну базу аналізу становлять нормативні акти, вітчизняні та зарубіжні публікації, компаративістські дослідження й оцінки з питань як співвідношення революційного і еволюційного розвитку, так і місця в логіці всесвітньо-історичного процесу. Результати роботи – здійснено аналіз всесвітньо історичного контексту соціально-політичних трансформацій. Продемонстровано формування передумов переходу до нової суспільної парадигми. Акцентується реактуалізація революційної теорії і практики. У цьому контексті розглянуто розвиток соціально-політичних процесів в ойкумені. Показані можливі витрати від зволікання у здійсненні назрілих перетворень. Намічено взаємозв’язок форм реалізації тенденцій як з революційною традицією, так і з ціннісної свідомістю. Висвітлений взаємний вплив народних уявлень і доктрин угруповань еліти у формуванні суб’єктності змін. Відзначена роль прояви суб’єкта трансформацій не тільки для конкретики політичного курсу, а й для самого вектора соціодинаміки. The urgency of the problem is connected, on the one hand, with a sharp increase in the range of revolutionary movements, and on the other, with the expansion of term use: from strictly defined to everyday, under which an unjustifiably large and vague circle of extremely diverse phenomena can easily be summed up. Thus, the most diverse layers of socio-political phenomena and trends are mixed, which complicates the process of assessing what is happening. Meanwhile, behind the subjective ideas about current events in political periodicals, the logic of historical large-scale shifts is discernible. Thus, the time is ripe for the task of applying the understanding of revolutionary theory and practice to the conditions of today. The subject of the research is the ongoing qualitative changes: their necessity, the place of the revolutionary path in the possible range of transformations, factors that can become decisive. The purpose of this article is to characterize the features of the cardinal transformations into which humanity has become involved, from the standpoint and using the terminology of a revolutionary leap in development. In particular, it required an in-depth consideration of the argumentation of some not quite obvious interconnections between the lawful and the accidental in the passage of revolutionary transformations in theory and in practice. This led to the choice of systemic-historical dialectics as a method of research and presentation. The information base of the analysis is made up of normative acts, domestic and foreign publications, comparative studies and assessments on the issues of both the correlation of revolutionary and evolutionary development, and the place of what is happening in the logic of the world-historical process. Results of the work – the analysis of the world-historical context of socio-political transformations was carried out. The formation of the prerequisites for the transition to a new social paradigm is demonstrated. The re-actualization of revolutionary theory and practice is emphasized. In this context, the development of socio-political processes in the ecumene is considered. Shown are the costs that may result from delay in the implementation of urgent transformations. The interrelation of the forms of the realization of tendencies both with the revolutionary tradition and with the value consciousness is outlined. The mutual influence of popular ideas and doctrines of elite groupings in the formation of the subjectivity of changes is highlighted. The role of the manifestation of the subject of transformations is noted not only for the specifics of the political course, but also for the vector of sociodynamics itself.
