Формування україномовної блогосфери в контексті політичної комунікації в мережі Інтернет

Abstract

The article substantiates the formation of the Ukrainian-language information and communication space by the current trend of development of modern society. It is noted that the formation of blogs, which act as an important segment of the Internet, is a new form of communicative communication, which provides feedback and is constantly spreading in society. The author concludes that there is every reason to argue about the formation of national segments of the information space in which there are blogs with sufficiently pronounced national characteristics. The author substantiates the expediency of interpreting blogging not as a tool that is quite common among representatives of pedagogical science, but as a technology. Here blogging allows to achieve the priority tasks of the subject of communication – it is the influence on the formation of public opinion, values and attitudes of individuals - members of the blog audience. It is noted that political blocking has a significant impact on the nature of communications in modern society. The range of areas of its application, the set of methods used and their effectiveness vary in a fairly wide range. At the same time, the purposeful use of blogging as a form of political communication can significantly increase the productivity of information promotion. At the same time, despite the number of publications related to the functioning of the political blogosphere, today there is no concept verified by the scientific community, which reflects on a theoretical level the features of the political activities of actors in telecommunications networks. Existing theoretical models are internally contradictory and do not always correctly explain the trends of political processes in cyberspace and the peculiarities of the relationship between what is happening in the political system of society. The functioning of blogs involves not only the passive consumption of the content presented in them, but also the appropriate political action in the form of discussion. In this respect, political blogs are not only a form of political communication, but also a tool for stimulating political processes in society. У статті обґрунтовується формування україномовного інформаційнокомунікаційного простору як актуальної тенденції розвитку сучасного соціуму. Відзначено, що становлення блогів, які виступають як важливий сегмент мережі Інтернет, є новою формою комунікативного спілкування, яка забезпечує зворотний зв’язок і постійно поширюється в суспільстві. Автор доходить висновку, що є всі підстави стверджувати про формування національних сегментів інформаційного простору, в якому функціонують блоги з достатньо вираженими національними особливостями. Автор обґрунтовує доцільність трактування блогінгу не як інструменту, що досить поширене серед представників педагогічної науки, а як технології. Тут блогінг дозволяє досягти першочергових завдань суб’єкта комунікації – це вплив на формування суспільної думки, ціннісні орієнтації та установки індивідів – представників аудиторії блогів. Відзначено, що політичний блокінг здійснює істотний вплив на характер комунікацій у сучасному суспільстві. Спектр напрямків його застосування, набір використовуваних методів та їх результативність варіюються в досить широкому діапазоні. Водночас цілеспрямоване застосування блогінгу як форми політичної комунікації дозволяє істотно збільшити продуктивність інформаційного просування. При цьому, незважаючи на численність публікацій, що стосуються функціонування політичної блогосфери, сьогодні відсутній верифікований науковим співтовариством концепт, який відображає на теоретичному рівні особливості політичної діяльності акторів у телекомунікаційних мережах. Наявні теоретичні моделі внутрішньо суперечливі та не завжди коректно пояснюють тренди розвитку політичних процесів у кіберпросторі та особливості взаємозв’язку того, що відбувається в політичній системі суспільства. Функціонування блогів передбачає не тільки пасивне споживання представленого в них контенту, але й відповідну політичну дію у формі обговорення. У цьому відношенні політичні блоги – це не лише форма політичної комунікації, а й інструмент стимулювання в суспільстві політичних процесів.
