Когнітивні складові як чинник розвитку ціннісної сфери особистості студента-медика

Abstract

У дисертації порушено проблему співвідношення когнітивних складових особистості та ціннісної сфери у студентів-медиків на етапі первинної професіоналізації. З психосинергетичних позицій розкрито поняття ціннісної сфери особистості. Теоретично обґрунтовано та емпірично доведено вплив когнітивних характеристик особистості на розвиток ціннісної сфери студентів-медиків, що пов’язаний з активізацією процесу внутришньоособистісної самоорганізації у напрямку набуття професійно значущих якостей; сформованістю вищих розумових операцій, які сприяють систематизації та ієрархізації цінностей. The problem of correspondence between personality and cognitive components of the sphere of values on the phase of primary professionalization of medical students is studied in the dissertation. From the positions of synergetic the sphere of values of personal is considered. The influence of the cognitive characteristics on the development of the sphere of values of medical students, which is connected with the activization of process of intrapersonal self organization in the direction of acquiring of professionally significant qualities and the formation of higher mental operations which assist for the systematization and hierarchy of values are theoretically grounded.
