Abstract

The issue of institutional and organizational dimension of political manipulations is considered, because it reveals the subjectivity of political manipulative influence. The peculiarities of political manipulation in the context of the processes of stabilization / destabilization of the political situation are studied. The signs of competence of specialists in political manipulation and their ability to provide real benefits for policy participants have been identified. The specifics of political manipulation as a phenomenon of self-sufficient political activity and is one of the foundations of the system of political communications are clarified. The article uses both general scientific and professional methodological tools of modern political science. In particular, descriptive analysis (describes the practice of manipulation in social reality), comparative analysis (compares the meaning and impact of political-communication and political-technological dimensions of political manipulation). Professional methods include a systems approach and the method of structural functionalism. They help to identify the components of the system of political manipulation at the local level, as well as the specific structural links of the political-communication and political-technological dimensions of political manipulation. Attention is paid to the effectiveness of political manipulation and its dependence on combining different ways of presenting political information. The growing importance of political patriotism at the micro level has been identified due to the need for concrete political action in a transformational society and progress towards reforms. It is proved that the subordination of the political-communication aspect of political manipulation to political-technological requirements is revealed against the background of the main types of dissemination of political information. It is established that the political and technological support of political manipulation is responsible for determining the goals and objectives of dissemination of political information. The correspondence of the political-communication dimension to the processes of direct communication to the addressee of the necessary meaning of the political message is revealed. It has been found that political technologies of manipulating consciousness and behavior, institutional and situational circumstances of politics, can be both planned in advance and “impromptu”. The expediency of logical subordination of the political-communication dimension of manipulation to the priorities of political-technological strategies is proved. Key words: political manipulations, political. Розглядається питання інституційно-організаційного виміру політичних маніпуляцій, у якому розкривається суб’єктність політико-маніпулятивного впливу. Вивчено особливості політичної маніпуляції у контексті процесів стабілізації / дестабілізації політичної ситуації. Встановлено ознаки компетентності фахівців з політичного маніпулювання та їх здатності забезпечити реальні переваги для учасників політики. З’ясовано специфіку політичного маніпулювання як явища самодостатньої політичної діяльності, що є однією з основ системи політичних комунікацій. У статті застосовуються як загальнонаукові, так і фахові методичні засоби сучасних політичних наук. Зокрема, дескриптивний аналіз (описує практику маніпулювання у соціальній дійсності), порівняльний аналіз (порівнює значення та вплив політико- комунікаційного й політико-технологічного вимірів політичного маніпулювання). Фахові методи включають системний підхід і метод структурного функціоналізму. Вони допомагають визначити компоненти системи політичного маніпулювання на локальному рівні, а також конкретні структурні зв’язки політико-комунікаційного та політико-технологічного вимірів політичного маніпулювання. Увага приділяється ефективності політичного маніпулювання та її залежності від комбінування різних способів подання політичної інформації. Встановлено зростання значення політичного патріотизму на мікрорівні через необхідність конкретних політичних дій у трансформаційному суспільстві та прогресу на шляху реформ. Доведено, що підпорядкованість політико-комунікаційного аспекту політичного маніпулювання політико-технологічним вимогам розкривається на тлі основних різновидів поширення політичної інформації. Встановлено, що політико-технологічне забезпечення політичного маніпулювання відповідає за визначення цілей і завдань поширення політичної інформації. Розкрито відповідність політико-комунікаційного виміру процесам безпосереднього донесення до адресата необхідного смислу політичного повідомлення. З’ясовано, що політичні технології маніпулювання свідомістю та поведінкою, інституційними та ситуативними обставинами політики можуть бути як запланованими заздалегідь, так і «експромтними». Доведено доцільність логічного підпорядкування політико-комунікаційного виміру маніпулювання пріоритетам політико-технологічних стратегій.
