Психологічні бар'єри в професійному самовизначенні особистості

Abstract

У дисертації досліджено теоретико-методологічні питання проблеми психологічних бар'єрів у професійному самовизначенні особистості. На засадах синтезу принципів діяльнісного, системного та особистісного підходів у психології обґрунтовується авторська концепція психологічних бар'єрів у професійному самовизначенні. Психологічний бар'єр розглядається як системне явище в професійному самовизначенні особистості, що має структурні (мотиваційні, когнітивні, емоційні та вольові рівні відображення бар’єрної ситуації), динамічні (механізми виникнення бар'єрів) та функціональні (активізація психічної діяльності) характеристики. Виявлено етапи професійного самовизначення особистості та притаманні для кожного з них психологічні бар'єри. In the dissertation metodologo-theoretical questions of psychological barriers in professional self-determination of the person are investigated. On the basis of synthesis of principles system and personal approaches in psychology the author's concept of psychological barriers in professional self-determination of the person is proved. The psychological barrier is considered as the system phenomenon in professional self-determination of the person which has structural (motivational, emotional and strong-willed levels of reflexion of a barrier situation and types of barriers corresponding to them), dynamic (mechanisms of development and kinds of barriers) and functional (activization of mental activity) characteristics. Stages of professional self-determination of the person and inherent for each of them psychological barriers are revealed.
