| Abstract: | The work reveals the essence of the educational energy as a characteristic of teacher’s personality and as a scientific concept focused on peculiarities of infoenergetic exchange between the participants of the educational process. The energyefficiency of the teacher is regarded as self-determination, characterized by maintenance of the energy for realization of successful professional activity. Робота розкриває суть освітньої енергії як характеристики особистість вчителя та як наукова концепція, орієнтована на особливості інфоенергетичного обміну між учасниками навчального процесу.
