Особливості становлення та структуризації політичної опозиції в країнах Вишеградської групи

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено комплексне порівняльно-політологічне дослідження проблематики особливостей становлення та структуризації політичної опозиції в країнах Вишеградської групи – Польщі, Словаччині, Угорщині та Чехії. У роботі проаналізовано сутність, підходи до визначення, типи і форми, теоретичні й емпіричні принципи, причини й умови структуризації, моделі та чинники інституціоналізації політичної, зокрема парламентської, опозиції на тлі різних типів політичних режимів, з особливим наголосом на країнах Вишеградської групи. The thesis is devoted to the complex comparative Political Science research of the problems of formation and structuring of political opposition in the countries of the Visegrad Group, i.e. in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that significant changes took place in the political and socio-economic life of the countries of the region after the Second World War and especially during the late XX – early XXI centuries. Therefore, qualitative transformations of political and socioeconomic structures of the countries of the Visegrad Group began, as the result of which multilateral integrational and disintegrational processes were actualized. In accordance, the countries of the region have deepened the level of their significance, have become consolidated or semi-consolidated democracies with inherent systems of inter-institutional relations. It turned out that the phenomenon of a full-fledged political, in particular parliamentary, opposition was initiated or restored and subsequently (in the process of democratization) it was developed, structured and institutionalized into a coherent policy and legal category.
