Оцінка стану та перспективи розвитку професійної мобільності молодіжної субкультури у сучасному українському суспільстві

Abstract

Сучасний стан суспільства характерно високим ступенем мінливості і невизначеності, які формують нові вимоги до молоді, яка перебуває в силу свого положення в стані набуття, як повної незалежності, так і повної езалежності, так і повної інтеграції в суспільну структуру. Криза ідентифікації для молодих людей в силу особливостей постмодерністична соціальної структури представлений, в першу чергу високим темпом розвитку соціального середовища, яка на диво швидко модернізує цінності, зразки, підходи, системи, культуру в цілому і молодих людей зокрема. По-друге, зміни у світогляді молодих людей привносять новий виток розвитку у соціальну структуру, через процес інтерріорізаціі, яка штовхає суспільну еволюцію далі вже з урахуванням мільйонів найрізноманітніших індивідуальних позицій молодих людей. Таким чином, соціалізація, ціннісні орієнтації, професійна мобільність молоді, виступає поряд з інтеграцією і інтерріррізаціей елементами формування нового «гнучкого» суспільства. Reading the concept of youth at the beginning of the twenty-first century becomes independent of the rigid framework of age and social group boundaries; now all individuals are in the process of acquiring their own economic and sociocultural independence, and entering into a social structure. Due to the increase in the length of life of each individual, the growth rate of scientific and technological progress, the very period of life itself yesterday called youth is now more durable and more diverse. Young people gradually pass integration with a social structure, as a result young people find independence and own valued orientations. Passing this process, young people become part of society, bringing in her the rules, laws, orders. And society, being in the process of changes, produces the new valued orientations, in a great deal and depending upon opinion of young people, and matching against him the values of old standard, that simultaneously exist in sociocultural relations. In the environment of chaotic, permanent, unforeseeable changes society becomes flexible and soft, it stops to dictate the possible variant of development of events only, pushing every his cock on the searches of the own individual way of development, including to the professional sphere. Labour and as professional activity become also unforeseeable as all social structure is a market entry of new professions, disappearance of the lifelong hiring, increase of speed of changes both labour and in the evolution of individual. All these factors render direct influence on all participants of this process. The current state of society is characterized by a high degree of variability and uncertainty, which form new requirements for young people, who by virtue of their position in the state of gaining, both complete independence and full integration into the social structure. The identification crisis for young people due to the peculiarities of the postmodern social structure is represented, first of all, by the high rate of development of the social environment, which surprisingly quickly modernizes values, patterns, approaches, systems, culture in general, and young people in particular. Secondly, changes in the worldview of young people bring a new round of development into the social structure, through the process of inter-nationalization, which pushes social evolution further taking into account the millions of very different individual positions of young people. Thus, socialization, value orientations, and professional mobility of young people act along with the integration and inter-elementization of the elements of the formation of a new “flexible” society.
