Abstract

Рецензована монографія містить системний аналіз поглядів українсьокї політичної думки правового напряму 20-30 років ХХ століття на свободу людини. У центрі наукової роботи автора є політичні концепти багатьох мислителів, що формували праву думку не тільки міжвоєнної епохи, а й суттєво вплинули на її сприйняття у сьогоденні. The peer-reviewed monograph contains a systematic analysis of the views of Ukrainian political thought of the legal direction of the 20-30s of the twentieth century on human freedom. At the center of the author's scientific work are the political concepts of many thinkers, which formed the right opinion not only of the interwar era, but also significantly influenced its perception today.
