Abstract

Досліджується проблема правової волі з точки зору її ціннісних основ. Встановлено невід’ємний взаємозв’язок права і свободи. Проведено розрізнення понять «юридична свобода» та «політична» свобода, враховуючи соціально-філософську спрямованість дослідження.
