Політичний тероризм як загроза стабільності сучасного суспільства

Abstract

Систематизовано теоретико-методологічні підходи до дослідження природи сучасного тероризму, виявлення чинників його виникнення. Досліджено загальну соціально-психологічну природу політичного тероризму як багатовимірного і синтетичного за своєю природою явища. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування терміну «контроль над тероризмом» щодо діяльності, спрямованої проти тероризму. Розглянуто поняття «екстремізм», «терор», «війна» тощо та здійснено компаративний аналіз видів політичного насилля. Обґрунтовано термін «протидія» у відношенні до тероризму як політико-правового явища, що відображає увесь комплекс антитерористичних заходів впливу на тероризм. Investigated general psychological nature of political terrorism, psychological causal component of this phenomenon and the role of psychological factors of this phenomenon in the fight against terrorism. It was shown that subjective factor plays a key role in the emergence and spread of this phenomenon in the presence of appropriate objective reasons - political, economic, social, national, and more. Determined that the terrorists do not form a single specific diagnostic psychiatric groups. In the absence of general psychological terror of the complex may be a variety of individual characters and internal reasons. Terrorism as a multidimensional and synthetic in nature phenomenon carries a meaningful psychological component. In modern terms one of the key purposes of terrorism - to maximize the destructive effect of psycho-emotional act of terrorism, promoting thus the development of dysfunctional processes in societal and political space.
