dc.description.abstract | The article provides a theoretical analysis of the economic crisis of the late 70's early 80's, the period of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. The ways of overcoming the recession are analyzed. It is shown, that «Thatcherism» is a unique phenomenon, which was clearly planned governmental actions and accurate political decisions.
