Забезпечення інформаційної безпеки України під час гібридної війни

Abstract

This article analyzes the peculiarities of the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the information policy implemented by Russia in relation to Ukraine on the eve of an armed confrontation. It was noted that on the eve of the armed conflict, Ukraine was economically and psychologically unprepared for the armed aggression that Russia caused. The state of Ukraine's armed forces was unprepared for proper resistance to Russian troops. The political crisis demoralized the Ukrainian nation. The conclusions for- mulate suggestions aimed at raising the information security level of Ukraine and ensuring its positive media image abroad.
