Професійно важливі якості операторів транспорту за результатами психофізіологіч-ної експертизи

Abstract

У статті розглядаються результати емпіричного психофізіологічного дослідження спрямованого на визначення професійно важливих якостей операторів транспорту. Наголошується, що провідну роль в структурі професійної придатності операторів транспорту відіграють наступні професійно важливі якості: сенсомоторні реакції, реакція на об'єкт, який рухається, увага та стійкість до монотонії. В статье рассматриваются результаты эмпирического психофизиологического исследования направленного на определение профессионально важных качеств операторов транспорта. Подчеркивается, что ведущую роль в структуре профессиональной пригодности операторов транспорта сыграют следующие профессионально важные качества: сенсомоторные реакции, реакция на объект, который двигается, внимание и стойкость к монотонии. Introduction of integrated psycho-physiological examination allows describing professionally important qualities of transport operators due to objective parameters, thus making professional selection of this category of workers.
