Abstract

The article describes the possibility of using the cultural approach in the management of the innovations introduction in the field of education. Being born at a particular time, progressively solving the problems of a particular historical period, innovations can quickly become a mass practice or obsolete, become a brake on the development of the system. Providing innovations – a collection of directed changes in modern national education systems – are triggered mainly by the state. В статье раскрываются возможности использования культурологического подхода в управлении внедрением инноваций в сфере образовании. Делается акцент на культуросообразности инноваций в образовании как условии их эффективного внедрения.
