Abstract: Стаття присвячена теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню креативності у майбутніх менеджерів організації, а також формуванню та розвитку креативного потенціалу у студентів-менеджерів в процесі їх професійної підготовки у вищому навчальному закладі. В процесі роботи виявлено необхідність використання передових освітніх технологій і методик підготовки майбутніх фахівців. Розроблено систему психологічних засобів та рекомендацій для цілеспрямованого формування особистості.The article deals with theoretical and empirical research of creativity in future organization managers, as well as the issue of forming and developing creativity in students-managers in the process of their professional training at a higher educational institution. Interpersonal trainings are aimed at providing an opportunity to obtain the necessary knowledge in the field of interpersonal relationship during indoor classes. All participants are divided into small groups. Eight-nine people meet each other two times a day at three-hour lessons. The training includes several tasks: “Tell me what you are feeling...”, “Tell me how you see me...”, “Tell me how I do that...”, “Building”, “Tell me about my advan- tages and disadvantages”. Each task is aimed at revealing inner feelings and thoughts of a person; they help to under- stand one’s advantages and disadvantages. Such exercises teach to listen to and understand other people, etc. It has been also revealed that such trainings develop creativity traits in communication, decision-making; give an opportunity to find an efficient approach to management activity of future professionals. Training exercises are efficient for the forma- tion of future professionals’ communication skills, development of cognitive interests and creative approach to the mat- ter. The study helped to reveal a great number of personality traits and qualities of a future manager, which contribute to the efficiency of his/her work. The specificity of creative and administrative potential manifestation has been also re- vealed. The designed development programme promoted the increasing of the level of future professionals’ psychologi- cal readiness. The study has revealed the following psychological factors, which influence the optimization of students preparedness for management activity: individual personal traits, communicative characteristics of a group, peculiarities of educational process organization, etc. It is worth noting that innovation educational techniques and methods should be used for teaching students-managers to make them professionals.
