Сучасні технології формування дослідницьких компетенцій майбутніх фельдшерів у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У статті розкриваються сучасні педагогічні технології формування дослідницьких компетенцій майбут- ніх фельдшерів. У системі середньої професійної освіти дослідницька діяльність студентів є важливим чинни- ком удосконалення підготовки фахівців, який допомагає вирішувати завдання підготовки конкурентоспромо- жного фахівця. поглибленням навчального процесу..Readiness and capacity to research in medical educational institution graduates involve research as a type of professional activity. The developed and implemented basic training programmes of professional education involve carrying out research as a specific kind of learning activity. Learning and research activity is the process of learning the real world; it consists of the elements (stages) peculiar to scientific cognition. Scientific knowledge obtained in the course of learning and research activity

is new for a student only, which makes it different from results of research in general. Besides, the purpose of research in edu- cational process involves students’ acquiring the functional skill of research as a universal way of discovering reality. It is

facilitated by such factors as increased motivation to learning activity and activating students’ personal attitude in educational process. They are based on gaining subjectively new knowledge, i.e. knowledge gained by a student him-/herself which is new and personally significant for him/her. The use of contemporary pedagogical technologies of teaching research which are applied when training future medical assistants in learning and extra-learning activities is characterized in the paper. These technologies include such innovative methods of representing results of educational theoretical and practical research as

crosswords and poster presentation. Moreover, the project teaching technology, which is effective in forming research compe- tence and applied in training future medical assistants at Odessa Regional Primary Medical College, is described. It is stated

that the ability to create preventive projects is one of professional competences of a modern medical professional. Thus, stu- dents’ research is a component of scientific resources of a medical educational institution of any qualification level; thereby

competitive medical staff is trained.
