Навчально-методичне забезпечення професійної підготовки військових та цивільних моряків України в сучасних умовах освітнього середовища

Abstract

У статті розкривається навчально-методичне забезпечення професійної підготовки військових та цивільних мо- ряків України в сучасних умовах освітнього середовища. Наведені подібні теоретичні та практичні аспекти цілеспря- мованої підготовки курсантів морського профілю до ефективної діяльності на військових і цивільних судах на основі

послідовного і надійного формування професійної придатності для майбутньої діяльності. At the current stage of the development of Ukraine sea specialists’ professional training efficiency can be increased in terms of the development of higher education to give graduates the opportunity to work at the boards of warships and merchant ships. This article deals with educational and methodological support for the naval officers (midshipmen) and merchant seamen in

modern educational environment. Similar theoretical and practical aspects of midshipmen’s (sea profile) training for effi- cient service on warships and merchant vessels on the basis of consistent and reliable formation of professional fitness

for future career are given. According to international statistics, up to 150 ships (only merchant vessels) suffer ship- wreck at sea each year. Besides, the statistics shows that in 70% of cases, the causes of shipwrecks are caused by the

human factor, where alone with professionalism level, psychophysical state and health of sailors play significant role. Mistakes of a ship’s crew are usually accompanied by fatigue and inattention, which is caused by insufficiently formed

professional and physical capabilities of sea specialists. Over 30 special colleges, academies and universities are en- gaged in marine professionals training including a number of vocational schools in Ukraine. Currently, the training lev- el of sailors depends entirely on international and national normative acts, which provides studying of 185 subjects dur- ing professional training by midshipmen:

- Social-Humanities and Common Discipline Department – 34 Subjects; - Armament, Communications and Automated Control Systems Department – 47 Subjects; - Ship's Energy and Power Plant Systems Department – 52 subjects; - Department of Tactics, Shipbuilding and Navigational Instrument and Equipment –52 subjects.
