Емоційна спрямованість як складова EQ старшокласників

Abstract

У статті здійснено спробу розкрити психологічну сутність емоційної спрямованості як складової емоцій-ного інтелекту в старшому шкільному віці. Наголошується, що емоційна спрямованість є основою для пода-льшого розв’язання сукупності питань, зокрема: емоційна готовність в прийнятті самостійних рішень, вміння підпорядковувати свій внутрішній стан реаліям дійсності, гнучкість реагування на життєві обставини, за-своєння способів саморегуляції емоційних станів. Проведено психодіагностику розвитку емоційної спрямовано-сті в старшокласників та проаналізовано кореляційні взаємозв’язки між складовими емоційної спрямованості: альтруїстичною, комунікативною, глоричною, практичною, пугнічною, романтичною, гностичною, естетич-ною, гедоністичною, акізитивною.й. The article reveals the psychological essence of emotional orientation as a part of emotional intelligence in the senior school age, which is one of the necessary conditions of pupils’ personality formation. It is noted that emotional orientation is the basis for the further solving of the set of issues, in particular: emotional readiness to make independent decisions, ability to subordinate its internal state to the realities of life, the flexibility to address the circumstances of life, learn the ways of emo-tional states self-regulation. Examining the phenomenon of emotional orientation, we assume that it allows a personality of a senior pupil to regulate his/her own emotional sphere in order to reduce internal conflicts, functionally adequate behavior and facilitates entering it in socio-cultural space. The psychodiagnostics of the development of emotional orientation for senior pupils has been conducted and correlation relationships between components of emotional orientation have been analyzed, in particular: altruistic, communicative, glory, practical, “pugna” (need for competition and struggle), romantic, gnostic, aesthet-ic, hedonistic, acquired emotions. The revealed interconnection of indicators of emotional orientation gives an opportunity to state that emotional orientation as a part of EQ is a personal psychological quality, which regulates the behavior of a perso-nality and provides psychical stability in different life situations. Influencing the above mentioned components of emotional orientation, one develops emotional orientation itself. The further prospects of the research are connected with the develop-ment of correctional and developmental program as well as in the working out of practical recommendations of the develop-ment of EQ in senior school pupils.
