Стан психомоторики і когнітивних функцій у дітей з різним рівнем інтелектуального розвитку за результатами нейропсихологічного обстеження

Abstract

У статті представлено результати апробації схеми адаптованого нейропсихологічного обстеження для визначення психомоторних якостей і стану когнітивних функцій у дітей з різним рівнем інтелектуального роз-витку. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз стану психомоторного і когнітивного розвитку молодших школярів 7-12 років з легким ступенем розумової відсталості та їх здорових однолітків з урахуванням статі дітей та особливостей функціональної асиметрії півкуль головного мозку. Суттєві відмінності нейропсихологічного стату-су розумово відсталих дітей, у порівняні з контрольною групою учнів без вад інтелекту, мають прояв у знач-ному послабленні взаємодії сенсорних і моторних компонентів рухових дій, яке обумовлено порушенням гармо-нійної взаємодії правої і лівої півкуль головного мозку. The article deals with the approbation results of the scheme of adapted neuropsychological examination aimed at the de-termination of psychomotor qualities and state of cognitive functions of children with different levels of intellectual develop-ment. The authors performed a comparative analysis of the state of psychomotor and cognitive development of 7-12 year old primary school children with mild mental retardation and their healthy peers taking into account their gender and peculiarities of functional dissymmetry of hemispheres. It is determined that neuropsychological methodological approach is of a great im-portance in scientific researches, which are aimed at solving the problems of psychic ontogenesis and dysontogenesis (deve-lopmental disability), in particular, urgent problems of cognitive psychology and propaedeutic pedagogy. It allows estimating and describing those system and dynamic changes in psycho-functional brain systems, which accompany psychomotor, per-ceptive and cognitive development of a child. According to the carried out examination, mentally retarded children showed great difficulties when performing the exercises aimed at determining reciprocal moves (test exercises aimed at determining dynamic praxis) compared to their healthy peers. During the neuropsychological examination of children with different levels of intellectual development special attention was paid to the successfulness of performing test tasks with their left and right hands. The authors used the following methods in order to perform a comparative analysis of successfulness level of perform-ing neuropsychological tasks by children with different levels of intellectual development with their left and right hands: ki-nesthetic praxis, spatial praxis, dynamic praxis, stereognosis, drawing, writing. Significant differences of neuropsychological status of mentally retarded children in the comparative analysis with the control group of healthy pupils manifest in essential weakening of interaction between sensor and motor components of physical activity, which is caused by the violation of har-monious interaction of the right and left brain hemispheres.
