Особенности проявления эмоций на основе установочного комплекса

Abstract

Емоційну трудову діяльність розглянуто в плані її актуальності в організаціях. Відзначено особливості процесів глибокої і поверхневої дії та їхній зв’язок з установочним комплексом. Розкрито структуру уста- новочного комплексу та особливості прояву емоцій на його основі в процесах глибокої і поверхневої дії. Emotional labour activity is examined from the point of view of its actuality in organizations. The author demonstrates some peculiarities of the processes of deep and superficial activity and their connection with aims complex. The article presents the structure of aims complex and on its basis the specifics of displaying emotions in the processes of deep and surface activity.
