Abstract

Розкрито педагогічні умови формування професійно важливих якостей вчителя в процесі педагогічної підготовки.The article presents some pedagogical terms of forming professionally essential qualities of teacher in the process of professional training: orientation of pedagogical preparation to development of realizing necessity in self-education; creation of the humanistic system of relations between participants of pedagogical process; realization of the individual creative approach to the students.
