Формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкових класів в умовах сучасної вищої школи

Abstract

У статті розглянуто формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкових класів в умовах сучасного закладу вищої освіти. Визначено поняття педагогічної компетентності вчителя початкових класів та вивчено можливості формування професійно-педагогічної культури студентів у сучасній вищій школі. Експериментальна програма включала в себе педагогічні задачі, ситуації і проходила у три етапи. На основі діагностування й тестування встановлено рівні сформованості професійної компетентності майбутнього учителя початкової школи, проведено певну роботу щодо їх удосконалення. In the article the issues concerning the formation of professional competence of the future primary school teachers under the conditions of modern higher educational establishment are considered. The concept of the pedagogical competence of the primary school teacher is defined and the possibilities enabling the formation of the students’ professional and pedagogical culture in the modern higher school are studied. The aim of the article is to define the concept “professional competence of the future primary school teacher” improving the level of professional competence of future primary school teachers which is one of the main areas for reforming modern primary education. That is why, at the current stage of modernization of the education system in Ukraine, issues of increasing and developing the professional competence of future primary school teachers are becoming particularly acute and urgent. It seem to be important to propose the stages of forming the professional competence of the future primary school teacher.
