До педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх вихователів до твочої самореалізації

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано та розкрито методологічну сутність понять «ціложиттєве навчання», «готовність», «педагогічні умови формування готовності». Визначено комплекс педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти до творчої самореалізації у професійній діяльності. Автор наголошує на необхідності впровадження окреслених педагогічних умов у навчально-виховний процес. European integration, as a strategic direction of our country, predetermines the reformation of the educational system which is a vital component of the modern Ukrainian society’s development. The problem of future preschool teachers’ training is gaining great importance under modern conditions, since the future preschool teachers are con- sidered to be the representatives of the first educational link which the future generation’s level of education de- pends on.
