Abstract

У статті подано ретроспективний огляд теорії і практики підготовки викладачів вищої школи у практиці вітчизняної та зарубіжної системи вищої освіти, проаналізовано стан підготовки магістрантів як викладачів у теорії і практиці вищої школи в різних країнах. In the article deals with the problem of training Master students as future teachers of the higher educational establishments. The retrospective review of the theory and practice of the future teachers of the higher educational establishments training in the home and foreign higher education systems is presented. The state of training Master students as future teachers has been analysed in the theory and practice of higher educational establishments.
