Штучний інтелект як драйвер цифрової трансформації освіти

Abstract

Розглянуто роль технологій штучного інтелекту як ключового драйвера цифрової трансформації освіти в умовах розвитку інформаційного суспільства та економіки знань. Проаналізовано основні напрями застосування штучного інтелекту в освітній діяльності, зокрема персоналізацію навчання, адаптивні освітні системи, автоматизацію оцінювання, аналітику освітніх даних, інтелектуальні цифрові сервіси та підтримку прийняття управлінських рішень. Обґрунтовано потенціал технологій штучного інтелекту щодо підвищення якості освіти, розвитку індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій, оптимізації роботи педагогів і керівників закладів освіти, а також формування цифрових компетентностей здобувачів освіти. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності інтеграції штучного інтелекту в освітній процес із дотриманням принципів академічної доброчесності, цифрової етики, захисту персональних даних, прозорості алгоритмів і відповідального використання цифрових технологій. Висвітлено основні виклики цифрової трансформації освіти, пов’язані з підготовкою педагогічних кадрів, нормативно-правовим забезпеченням, розвитком цифрової інфраструктури та подоланням цифрової нерівності. This paper examines the role of artificial intelligence technologies as a key driver of the digital transformation of education in the context of the development of the information society and the knowledge economy. The main areas of application of artificial intelligence in educational activities are analyzed, including personalized learning, adaptive educational systems, automated assessment, educational data analytics, intelligent digital services, and support for managerial decision-making. The potential of artificial intelligence technologies to improve the quality of education, develop individualized educational pathways, optimize the work of teachers and educational institution administrators, and foster digital competencies among learners is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the need to integrate artificial intelligence into the educational process while adhering to the principles of academic integrity, digital ethics, personal data protection, algorithm transparency, and the responsible use of digital technologies. The paper highlights the main challenges of the digital transformation of education, including teacher training, regulatory and legal frameworks, the development of digital infrastructure, and the elimination of the digital divide.
