Роль виробничої (за фахом) практики у формуванні сучасних фахівців з філософії та культурології

Abstract

У статті досліджується роль виробничої (за фахом) практики у процесі формування сучасних фахівців із філософії та культурології в умовах трансформації освітнього простору та розвитку креативної економіки. Актуальність теми зумовлена зростанням вимог до професійної компетентності гуманітаріїв, необхідністю інтеграції теоретичних знань із практичним досвідом та адаптації освітніх програм до сучасних соціокультурних викликів. Метою дослідження є аналіз наукових підходів до розуміння виробничої практики як складової професійної підготовки, а також визначення її значення для формування ключових компетентностей майбутніх фахівців. У роботі використано комплекс загальнонаукових методів, зокрема теоретичний аналіз, порівняння, узагальнення та опис, що дозволило систематизувати існуючі наукові підходи та виявити основні тенденції розвитку практичної підготовки. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що виробнича практика виступає інтегративним компонентом освітнього процесу, який забезпечує поєднання теоретичної підготовки з реальними умовами професійної діяльності. Вона сприяє розвитку аналітичного мислення, комунікативних і організаційних навичок, формуванню дослідницьких умінь та професійної самоідентифікації студентів. Особливу увагу приділено ролі практики у підготовці культурологів, чия професійна діяльність формується на перетині академічних, інституційних і проєктних практик. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing requirements for the professional competence of humanities specialists, the need to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience and adapt educational programs to modern socio-cultural challenges. The purpose of the study is to analyze scientific approaches to understanding industrial practice as a component of professional training, as well as to determine its significance for the formation of key competencies of future specialists. The work uses a complex of general scientific methods, in particular theoretical analysis, comparison, generalization and description, which allowed to systematize existing scientific approaches and identify the main trends in the development of practical training. As a result of the study, it was established that industrial practice is an integrative component of the educational process, which provides a combination of theoretical training with real conditions of professional activity. It contributes to the development of analytical thinking, communication and organizational skills, the formation of research skills and professional self-identification of students. Particular attention is paid to the role of practice in the training of cultural scientists, whose professional activity is formed at the intersection of academic, institutional and project practices. It was found that modern conditions, in particular the military context, decolonization processes and the development of cultural policy, enhance the importance of practical training as a tool for the formation of cultural resilience and professional mobility. At the same time, problems of organizing practice are outlined, including the formalization of its content, insufficient interaction between educational institutions and employers, as well as the limited bases of practice. The conclusions emphasize that industrial practice is a key factor in the training of a competitive specialist capable of critical thinking, effective professional activity and adaptation to modern challenges.
