Застосування інноваційних засобів у навчанні плаванню учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти

Abstract

У статті представлено результати комплексного педагогічного дослідження, спрямованого на теоретичне та експериментальне обґрунтування ефективності застосування інноваційних засобів і методів у процесі навчання плаванню учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою модернізації фізичного виховання школярів, підвищення рівня їх рухової активності, формування життєво необхідних навичок безпечної поведінки на воді та здоров’язбережувальної компетентності. Метою дослідження було експериментально перевірити ефективність використання інноваційних педагогічних засобів, зокрема відеоаналізу техніки плавання, інтерактивних ігрових методик, цифрових освітніх ресурсів і спеціальних допоміжних засобів у водному середовищі. У дослідженні використано теоретичні методи аналізу та синтезу, педагогічний експеримент, тестування фізичної та технічної підготовленості, анкетування мотивації, а також методи математичної статистики. The article presents the results of a comprehensive pedagogical study aimed at theoretical and experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the use of innovative means and methods in the process of teaching swimming to students of secondary education institutions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to modernize the physical education of schoolchildren, increase the level of their motor activity, form vital skills of safe behavior on the water and health-preserving competence. The purpose of the study was to experimentally verify the effectiveness of the use of innovative pedagogical means, in particular, video analysis of swimming techniques, interactive game techniques, digital educational resources and special aids in the aquatic environment. The study used theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis, pedagogical experiment, testing of physical and technical fitness, motivation questionnaires, as well as methods of mathematical statistics. The integrated use of video analysis, interactive game techniques, digital educational resources and special aids in the aquatic environment provides: a statistically significant increase in the technical and functional preparedness of students; increased motivation for systematic swimming lessons; optimization of the educational process and increased safety.
