Abstract

Актуальність дослідження визначається потребою наукового обґрунтування сучасних тенденцій трансформації організації освітньої діяльності в закладах вищої освіти й окреслення перспектив її подальшого розвитку в умовах суспільних і освітніх змін. Здійснене у статті теоретико-аналітичне осмислення організації освітньої діяльності в закладах вищої освіти дозволяє розглядати її як динамічну систему, що розвивається на засадах діалектичної єдності традицій і новацій. Саме ця взаємодія забезпечує стабільність освітнього процесу та водночас його здатність до інноваційного оновлення, що є визначальною умовою підвищення якості вищої освіти в сучасних умовах. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for scientific substantiation of modern trends in the transformation of the organization of educational activities in higher education institutions and outlining the prospects for its further development in the context of social and educational changes. The theoretical and analytical understanding of the organization of educational activities in higher education institutions carried out in the article allows us to consider it as a dynamic system that develops on the basis of the dialectical unity of traditions and innovations. It is this interaction that ensures the stability of the educational process and at the same time its ability to innovate, which is a determining condition for improving the quality of higher education in modern conditions.
