Освіта як інструмент формування міжнародного іміджу України в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

Обґрунтовано роль освіти як стратегічного інструменту формування міжнародного іміджу України в умовах цифрової трансформації та сучасних суспільних викликів. Розкрито значення освітньої системи у процесах державотворення, євроінтеграції та післявоєнного відновлення країни. Проаналізовано потенціал закладів вищої освіти як інституційних акторів міжнародної репутації держави, окреслено роль якості вищої освіти та взаємодії з ринком праці у зміцненні міжнародної довіри. Особливу увагу приділено цифровій трансформації освіти як інструменту освітньої та іміджевої дипломатії, що сприяє розширенню міжнародної комунікації та підвищенню освітньої привабливості України. Зроблено висновок про доцільність інтеграції цифрових освітніх практик у державну стратегію формування міжнародного іміджу України.

The role of education as a strategic tool for shaping Ukraine's international image in the context of digital transformation and contemporary social challenges is substantiated. The importance of the education system in the processes of state building, European integration, and post-war reconstruction of the country is revealed. The potential of higher education institutions as institutional actors of the state's international reputation is analyzed, and the role of the quality of higher education and interaction with the labor market in strengthening international trust is outlined. Particular attention is paid to the digital transformation of education as a tool of educational and image diplomacy, which contributes to the expansion of international communication and the enhancement of Ukraine's educational attractiveness.
