Ціннісні орієнтири освітніх трендів Європейського Союзу та можливості їхнього впровадження в Україні

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз ціннісних орієнтирів сучасних освітніх трендів Європейського Союзу та окреслено можливості їх упровадження в освітній простір України. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що європейські освітні тренди ґрунтуються на гуманістичних, демократичних та інклюзивних цінностях, спрямованих на розвиток особистості, формування ключових компетентностей і забезпечення навчання впродовж життя. Обґрунтовано значущість аксіологічного підходу як методологічної основи дослідження освітніх трансформацій. Проаналізовано провідні освітні тренди Європейського Союзу, зокрема компетентнісний підхід, цифровізацію освіти, персоналізацію навчання та посилення громадянської освіти. Визначено можливості й обмеження адаптації європейського досвіду в українських умовах з урахуванням соціокультурних, інституційних і нормативно-правових чинників. Окреслено перспективні напрями інтеграції ціннісно орієнтованих освітніх практик Європейського Союзу в процес модернізації національної системи освіти України.

An analysis of the value orientations of contemporary educational trends in the European Union has been conducted, and the possibilities for their implementation in the educational space of Ukraine have been outlined. Emphasis is placed on the fact that European educational trends are based on humanistic, democratic, and inclusive values aimed at personal development, the formation of key competencies, and the provision of lifelong learning. The significance of the axiological approach as a methodological basis for the study of educational transformations is substantiated. The leading educational trends in the European Union are analyzed, in particular the competence-based approach, the digitization of education, the

personalization of learning, and the strengthening of civic education. The possibilities and limitations of adapting European experience to Ukrainian conditions are identified, taking into account sociocultural, institutional, and regulatory factors. Promising directions for the integration of value-oriented educational practices of the European Union into the process of modernizing the national education system of Ukraine are outlined.
