Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню, розробленню та експериментальній перевірці ефективності методики формування культури професійної самоорганізації майбутніх викладачів вокалу засобами самостійної роботи над камерно-вокальним репертуаром для здобувачів за другим магістерським рівнем вищої освіти. У сучасному динамічному суспільстві зростає потреба до фахівців, здатних самостійно вирішувати професійні питання, здійснювати ефективне планування та самоконтроль власної діяльності, а також спроможних до самостійного прийняття правильних рішень в умовах невизначеності. Вимоги ринку праці акцентують увагу на ініціативності, відповідальності та здатності до безперервної самоосвіти. З огляду на це, зростає потреба у формуванні в майбутніх фахівців високого рівня професійної самостійності та культури самоорганізації. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation, development, and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the methodology for forming the culture of professional self-organization of future vocal teachers by means of independent work on chamber-vocal repertoire for students at the second (Master's) level of higher education. In modern dynamic society, there is a growing need for specialists capable of independently solving professional issues, performing effective planning and self-monitoring of their own activities, and being capable of independently making correct decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Labor market requirements emphasize initiative, responsibility, and the ability for continuous self-education. Given this, the need to form a high level of professional independence and a culture of self-organization in future specialists is increasing. This problem is also relevant for the field of artistic pedagogy, and vocal pedagogy in particular. The success of a future vocal teacher depends not only on their performance skills but also on the ability to consciously manage their own creative process, predict the results of pedagogical work, and independently develop artistic and interpretive concepts of the chamber-vocal repertoire.
