Abstract

Представлену дисертацію присвячено визначенню нових політичних технологій виборчих процесів першої чверті ХХІ століття, дослідженню зарубіжного та українського досвіду їх застосування та обґрунтування, основних трендів подальшого розвитку. Актуальність обраної теми визначається необхідністю дослідження нових політичних технологій виборчих процесів першої чверті ХХІ століття яке зумовлено масштабними політичними, соціальними змінами та технологічними новаціями. Нові політичні технології виборчих процесів є комунікативним феноменом – вони безпосередньо пов’язані з розвитком інтернет-комунікацій, месенджерів та технологій мобільного зв’язку. Про це переконливо свідчить зарубіжний досвід. Становлення нових політичних технологій виборчих процесів є важливим елементом українського досвіду переходу до демократії, адже їх впровадження є потужним чинником впливу на громадську думку, політичну свідомість та політичний вибір громадян. Виходячи з того, що нові політичні технології виборчих процесів є динамічним явищем політичного простору, невід’ємною складовою сучасних процесів електорального вибору та урядування, у дисертації визначено їх еволюцію, типи та чинники ефективності, ґрунтуючись на зарубіжному досвіді. Особливу увагу приділено типам нових політичних технологій виборчих процесів та їх функціональним особливостям у цифровій реальності. The presented dissertation is devoted to defining new political technologies of electoral processes in the first quarter of the XXI century, researching foreign and Ukrainian experience of their application and justification, and the main trends of further development. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the necessity of researching new political technologies of electoral processes in the first quarter of the XXI century, which is due to large-scale political, social changes and technological innovations. New political technologies of electoral processes are a communicative phenomenon – they are directly related to the development of internet communications, messengers, and mobile communication technologies. Foreign experience convincingly testifies to this. The formation of new political technologies of electoral processes is an important element of the Ukrainian experience of transition to democracy, as their implementation is a powerful factor influencing public opinion, political consciousness, and political choice of citizens. Based on the fact that new political technologies of electoral processes are a dynamic phenomenon of the political space, an integral part of modern processes of electoral choice and governance, the dissertation defines their evolution, types, and factors of effectiveness, based on foreign experience. Special attention is paid to the types of new political technologies of electoral processes and their functional features in the digital reality.
