Трансформація політичного PR України в умовах гібридних загроз

Abstract

Актуальність проблеми визначається тим, що в умовах гібридних загроз і високої інформаційної турбулентності політичний PR трансформується з інструмента рутинної агітації у систему кризового управління. Сучасні виклики, зокрема війна, інформаційні атаки та криза довіри до інституцій, вимагають від політичних акторів швидких і зважених комунікаційних рішень. Дослідження цієї проблеми дозволяє зрозуміти механізми ефективного впливу на суспільну свідомість і формування стабільності у кризових ситуаціях. The relevance of the problem lies in the fact that, under hybrid threats and high information turbulence, political PR is transforming from a tool of routine campaigning into a system of crisis management. Contemporary challenges, including war, information attacks, and a crisis of trust in institutions, require political actors to make swift and wellbalanced communication decisions. Studying this issue makes it possible to understand the mechanisms of effective influence on public consciousness and the formation of stability in crisis situations.
