CI Directors’ Partnership: Eurasian Dimension

Abstract

The article deals with the issues related to the improvement of the CI directors’ partnership within Eurasian dimension. The key purpose, tasks, areas of the CI activities at the S tate institution “South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky” (Ushynsky University) under modern conditions in Ukraine have been specified. The author outlines the general requirements to the Local and Chinese CI directors ( including pivot psychological, moral and other personal qualities). The article presents the CI Directors’ duties within the prism of their general competence which comprises 3 subcompetences: personal, self administrative and intercultural.
