Патріотичний вектор образу "Батьківщина" в педагогічній спадщині Василя Сухомлинського

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему патріотичного виховання, зокрема любов до Батьківщини, в педагогічній спадщині В.О. Сухомлинського. Розкрито сутність понять «Батьківщина», «патріотизм», «патріотичне виховання» в розумінні вченого. Висвітлено критерії і засоби патріотичного виховання дітей. The article deals with the analysis of V.Sukhomlysky’s take on the problem of cultivation of the feeling of love to native country in children and young peoples. The essence of notion «patriotism» and «patriotic upbringing» is identified in the context of V.Sukhomlynsky pedagogical learning. The criterions of the patriotic upbringing are determined on the basis of the pedagogue’s learning, especially: Informative – children’s conversance with history and nowadays of Ukraine; with state (emblem, fl ag) and national symbols (willow, arrowwood, poplar, ect.); Ukrainian cuisine, literature, arts; perfect knowledge of Ukrainian language.
