Політичні наслідки міграційних процесів у контексті глобальних викликів для країн Східної Європи

Abstract

Міграційні процеси в Східній Європі набувають особливого значення в умовах глобалізації та сучасних викликів, таких як економічна нерівність, демографічна криза та політична нестабільність. Регіональний контекст міграції є специфічним через історичні, соціально-економічні та політичні особливості, але він залишається недостатньо дослідженим. У науковій літературі питання впливу міграційних процесів на політичну систему країн Східної Європи досі не отримало належного висвітлення, що зумовлює необхідність комплексного аналізу цього явища. Метою статті є аналіз сучасних тенденцій міграційних процесів у Східній Європі, визначення факторів, які їх спричиняють, та оцінювання політичних наслідків міграційних процесів для країн регіону. Для досягнення мети дослідження використано комплексний підхід, який охоплює кількісний та якісний аналіз, систематизацію даних, порівняльний метод, а також методи аналізу та синтезу. Основну увагу приділено визначенню деструктивних і конструктивних політичних наслідків міграційних процесів. Результати дослідження продемонстрували, що міграційні процеси в Східній Європі мають як позитивні, так і негативні політичні наслідки. До позитивних належать формування міжнародної кооперації та залучення висококваліфікованих кадрів, що сприяє інноваційному розвитку. Негативні наслідки стосуються загострення соціальної напруженості, ризику зростання популізму та поглиблення політичної поляризації. Виявлено, що вплив міграційних процесів є неоднорідним і залежить від економічної та політичної стабільності країн-реципієнтів і країн-донорів. У статті зроблено висновок щодо необхідності розробки комплексних політик управління міграційними процесами, які враховують регіональні особливості Східної Європи. Подальше дослідження політичних наслідків міграційних процесів має сприяти створенню умов для мінімізації ризиків і максимізації потенціалу міжнародної міграції. Migration processes in Eastern Europe are gaining particular importance in the context of globalization and modern challenges, such as economic inequality, demographic crisis and political instability. The regional context of migration is specific due to historical, socioeconomic and political features, but it remains insufficiently researched. In the scientific literature, the issue of the impact of migration processes on the political system of Eastern European countries has not yet received adequate coverage, which necessitates the need for a comprehensive analysis of this phenomenon. The aim of the article is to analyze current trends in migration processes in Eastern Europe, identify key factors that determine them, and assess the political consequences of migration processes for the countries of the region. To achieve the goal of the study, a comprehensive approach was used, which includes quantitative and qualitative analysis, data systematization, a comparative method, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis. The main attention is paid to the assessment of destructive and constructive political consequences of migration processes. The results of the study showed that migration processes in Eastern Europe have both positive and negative political consequences. Positive consequences include the formation of international cooperation and the attraction of highly qualified personnel, which contributes to innovative development. Negative consequences include the exacerbation of social tensions, the risk of growing populism and deepening political polarization. It was found that the impact of migration processes is heterogeneous and depends on the economic and political stability of recipient and donor countries. The article concludes that it is necessary to develop comprehensive policies for managing migration processes that take into account the regional characteristics of Eastern Europe. The authors emphasize that further research into the political consequences of migration processes should contribute to creating conditions for minimizing risks and maximizing the potential of international migration.
